Operator and service scope
Pezzounico is a service operated by Alessio Bussolari, Via del Prete 121, 47841 Cattolica (RN), Italy; contact: hello@bussolarialessio.me. These terms cover use of the website and app to manage brands, materials, idea research, text and image generation, content approval and scheduling. They apply to features actually enabled for your organisation.
Accounts, organisations and roles
App access uses authorised accounts and invitations. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and act only for organisations and brands you are authorised to represent. Owners manage members, materials and social connections according to the app’s permissions. Promptly report unrecognised access to support.
Materials, rights and permitted use
You retain your rights in uploaded materials. You must have the necessary permissions for documents, images, trademarks and personal data and for their processing by the service. You authorise us to store, process and transmit them to technical providers as necessary for requested features and publishing you authorise. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights or attempt to bypass permissions, quotas or security measures.
AI generation and review
Brand analysis and text, style and image generation use artificial intelligence services. Results may contain errors, similarities to other content or outdated information. Web suggestions do not transfer rights in their sources. Before approving, check accuracy, relevance, usage rights and destination-channel rules. Exclusivity, commercial results and any particular level of visibility are not guaranteed.
Approval, scheduling and Instagram
The app separates preparation, approval and scheduling. Automatic Instagram publishing requires a connected professional profile, valid permissions and approved, scheduled content. Check the calendar and publishing results: outages, expired permissions, limits or Meta rejections may prevent or delay publication. Disconnecting stops future use of that connection but does not remove existing posts; manage those directly on the social network.
Availability, quotas and external services
Features may have usage limits shown in the app or agreed with the organisation. Pezzounico also depends on AI, search, hosting and social network providers and may require maintenance. Continuous availability of every integration is not guaranteed. Any specific commercial or support terms are agreed separately: requesting a demo does not itself start a subscription.
Ending access and misuse
You may request termination of access and data deletion using the contact provided. For materials shared with an organisation, we also check other users’ rights. Access may be limited to prevent abuse, protect the service or meet legal obligations, providing information where possible. Keep copies of materials you need before closing access; deletion instructions distinguish app data from content already published.
Responsibility and updates
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory liabilities or rights, including any applicable consumer rights. Changes are recorded on this page with an updated date; where necessary, substantial changes receive appropriate notice. Contact hello@bussolarialessio.me with questions or problems.
